Connect to PC and Updating failed Start 25

I have GPS Start 25 for car for almost seven years now, and regularly update the maps via MyDriveConnect.
I have bought in that time full Europe map and live update.
Today, I connected to the PC and start download the update, but it keep losing the connection and then suddenly got lost the connection and not possible to connect it any more to the PC.
The GPS has very old maps now and only for UK and Ireland.
Really upset me and could not solve this.

Please advice...
By the way I am living in Norway, Oslo
