cannot delink and link another product

I have a new device and cannot figure out how to delink old and link new. I have tried webchat with no assistance, tried to call the contact centre- directs me to webchat and even the email address appears to be down.

Any advice will be appreciated at this point- i have not been able to use my new device for 3 weeks!

    Call the support again but do not respond with a device when prompted in order for a live agent to reply:
