My watch strap is broken. Bought it in 2014 no longer produced. How do I obtain another ?

    Look online but supplies are limited. Also try contacting Support who may be able to sell you one. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).

    I cannot get the contact out as you have advised because I have no receipt to attache and the system will not allow it to go without one. It way past any warranty, I am not concerned about that. I just want to be able to contact someone for a replacement strap.
    Tried the helpline yesterday, after about 15 minutes it timed out.
    Getting frustrated as the watch works fine, just need a new strap.
