Hi,
Not sure if anyone have seen similar issue before but recently I noticed that my GO 6100 is being recognised as GO 6000 by the MyDrive Connect Windows application.
This can be accessed via My Device tab -> My Devices. Under the S/N of the device, it is shown as Model: GO 6000
I have tried logout and back in again and reconnected the device, but it still shows the same info..
Is the TT device database got messed up somehow so that my S/N is associated with the wrong model? How can I get it fixed? I am worried that the wrong firmware or content might get pushed down to the device by the software.
Thanks
Lei
