Unable to sync activities on both phone app and computer?

Hello,
My watch has recently failed to sync actives with both my phone app and when I connect to my computer. It is syncing my steps etc just not my activities.
I have re paired, turned off phone, deleted app and started again. Any ideas?

    Sorry about late response!

    There seems to be a corrupted activity on your watch blocking new ones to sync with the Sports App. I would advise you to make a factory reset on your watch to get rid of it.

    Thanks Lampard, I was hoping I wouldn't have to factory reset as will lose a few weeks of training but will have to give in. Thanks again
