MAP update service shows expired in MyDrive Connect. I have paid the update fee

I have paid and received the email order confirmation for my MAP update service. But I am unable to see the Map update service in MyDrive connect. I have cleared the downloads folder as given in https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/15227/related/1.
My device SW is also up-to-date.

    I wish I had a proper support for my above request and not sure why I have to wait for a weekday to call for the service as I can see my credit card has been charged and I received the invoice too.
    Nonetheless I will call them and is possible seek for a refund.
