Start 25 does not connect with MyDrive Connect

Hi guys,

I have tried to connect my device to MyDrive Connect to update it, but with no chance.
Would you please help me out.

It was working perfectly before. last update I did was 1 year ago.
It does not work on Windows 10 neither on Mac Mojave

    Its the same for me. I have TomTom Go 5100, was able to update only once after I bought and It doesn't work anymore no matter what I do.

    wth my Go600, I was invited to update MyDrive Connect.
    I did this. My PC / MrDrive no no longer sees my GO600, and the GO600 does no come up with a message saying it is connected to a PC..
    Other devices connect fine to my PC via the same USB port / cable.

    In case it is of relevance, I have recentl;y noticed that I cannot now charge my device throught the micro USB connection. Could I ever - I'm not sure? It charges fine via the main mount.
    Advice please ! :-)

    I wonder if you have a faulty Micro USB Socket on the device or a faulty USB Cable
    (1)... Try a different USB Cable
    (2).... With MyDrive Connect running and the device turned on & connected to you PC
    Try GENTLY moving the Micro USB plug, see if a connection is made
