my device will no longer connect to MYConnect

A month or so my device stopped connecting. Tried to get to the bottom of it today, checked all software up to date, did a couple of restarts, connected from sleep and full off. Tried the same with with a new cable. All of this on the MacBook Pro I've been using for a couple of years. Nothing, device would not connect.

Repeated the same on a windows laptop after installing software.

Tried help with no joy.

Any thoughts?

    Same here. The roads have changed a lot since I bought it last year and tom tom is still taking me on broken routes because the maps I can't update since the device can not be connected to My Drive anymore. I have tried everything they mentioned on the website, I have tried on different computers/operating system. What kind of developers they hired to develop such a creepy product. They rejected my CV though.
