Running data stopped syncing with Nike running app

Running data from my TomTom Spark watch has always synced with my Nike+ run app but for some reason it stopped in July and I can't get the last few months to transfer. It's fully synced on the MySports app and says it's exporting to Nike. I've tried deleting the apps, disconnecting and reconnecting the apps....and now I have no idea! Has anyone been able to fix a similar problem?
