Straps no longer available?

Hi, I'm looking to replace my watch strap for my Runner/Spark 3, but I'm no longer able to find them on the TomTom website or elsewhere online. Have they been discontinued, and if so, can someone recommend another brand? I've seen lots of others on Amazon but want to get a good one.

    TT Sports went out of business over a year ago and ceased all production and development so straps are getting hard to find. The strap is covered under warranty. Either use the self-service site in the link below or call Customer support and they will take care of it, assuming they have any left. They can also access the most recent inventory levels to determine if there are any available anywhere. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).

    I had to buy a new strap too but I bought from Alibabar. I paid USD9.00 and I took 2 of them.

    My original strap lasted only 10 months and the new (non original) has more time of life.

    Except that I prefer the non original because it is possible to charge the battery without release it from strap.440c27c3-7493-4bee-a7e3-ff4882bd7626.jpg
