TomTom Sports Connect (MacOS) frequently does not recognize TomTom Adventurer when connected

Very often TomTom Sports Connect (3.3.9) on MacOS Mojave does not recognize TomTomAdventurer plugged on USB. Watch is indicating that it is connected, charging has place, but no synchronization happen.

Sports Connect displas message "Connect your tomtom device to your computer"

    I have no issues connecting to macOS Mojave. Perhaps you just need to push the watch a bit more firmly into the dock, that's something we see every now and then. The watch is charging but not recognised by Sports Connect.

    Looks like this might be a problem, I tried to squeeze the connecter in different ways and watch started to connect/disconnct randomly which means the connector is not in a very stable position when plugged to the watch.
