Speed Cameras Not Active on Unit, but Active on Account

Good day everyone

I am having a peculiar problem.
On my TomTom account under MyServices my Speed Camera Services is showing as active, however, on my Go 500, it is showing as Expired.

Iv'e tried the following to get it to work:
  1. Reset device via Settings, System, Reset Device.
  2. Go into recovery mode and let MyDrive Connect restore my device.
  3. Uninstall then re-install the Speed Camera Services.
None of the above worked.

Is there anyone who would be able to assist?

    Contacted TomTom Customer Services and they fixed it via the telephone.
