No Voice Control after NAV 4 update

Go 5100 now states "voice control connot be used in my display language".

English (UK). Really?

    You must choose a computer voice. Sorry i am french and i use a french device, i don't know the name of the English (UK) computer voice.

    EDIT the voice is SERENA

    Connect your TT unit to your computer as you do for updates.

    When connected Click on My Content
    Scroll down to My Voices
    Select Add voices and then Select and load.Serena

    Once you have done this Voice Control should work.

    You do not need Serena to be the Selected Voice for your instructions, ie you could use Naoimh if you want. It is necessary for a Digitalised Voice like Serena to be loaded on your unit for Voice Control to work.

    As mentioned elsewhere ALL voices have disappeared. None listed in MyDrive. Had to download a free one just to use.

    As suggested to you elsewhere contact Tomtom Support as something is clearly wrong as you should have a list of voices to load.
