TOMTOM RUNNER 3 CARDIO DOESN'T WORK!!!

Hi!
I've a problem with my TomTom Runner 3 Cardio.
I've tryied to use this product but, when I use it for some seconds, it doesn't work and is freezed or the watch is off.
I've tryied to reset my TomTom but it's the same.
What's the problem??
How I can resolve it?

    At this point I would suggest contacting Customer Support to see what they can do. They can more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).
