Not recording BPM

I have my tomtom watch on bpm to check my heart rate put nothing is recording, just 2 flashing lines??

    Are you sure you have a Cardio version? Are there LEDs on the back and when you press down and go to About does it say "cardio" at the top? If so, is it set for internal under Sensor>Heart (it should say On, not External)? If it is not a Cardio model you will need to use an external strap to get HR. If it is a Cardio version, then the HR sensor has died and you need to contact Support if it is still under warranty (don't bother if it is not, there is no repair service). To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).
