MyDrive connect identifies GO 5100 as 5000

Bought a Tomtom 5100 new and sealed. Opened it up and connected to Mydrive, only to have the software identify and link the account as a Tomtom Go 5000.
This is obviously incorrect and not want i want as a large part of buying the device was for the worldwide maps and unlimited speed camera updates.
The packaging and the about section on the device itself identifies that it's a GO 5100.
How can I speak to someone about this?

Note... You must already be logged into the site for the 'Email Direct link' to work

This is the same hardware, only the rigts are different. Speed camera are free for 5100.0

Oh YazFamMan, how I wish it was that simple.
That's a great link, explaining how to get to "Get in touch", BUT as of 9:38 this morning it just cycles back to the "Contact us" button.
Perhaps they are having a lie in!
I'll try again later and IF it works, I'll post here.0 -

Just tried the following and when I Tap Get in Touch it takes me to the Chat or Email options
Tap Support at the top of this page
You then have to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed, ie its not normal working hours Mon/Fri, it will tell you the hours that it will be available.
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.
If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.

Tried Opera instead of Chrome and it worked!
Chrome still not working0 -

An incognito window in Chrome now works.
