Why doesn't tomtom online map planner include buses

It would be really helpful if when planning a route for my coach journeys, the online mymap route planner include buses. Because when transferring a route I plan online to my 6250 then select bus mode it doesn't route the same as if you plan the same route in bus mode on the device..
