Which Europe map file covers all of Europe and Ukraine?

I recently had my device (Start 20) stolen.
We live in the UK but my wife is Ukrainian so we go there often.
My old device covered all of Europe and Ukraine (60%). What is the name of map file that I need to buy loaded on the new replacement device to have the same coverage?.

Any help please.
