    Try a factory reset and if that does not fix it and it is under warranty contact Support. If it is out of warranty there is nothing you can do, they do not offer a repair service. You need to throw it out and buy a new watch (not a TT as they went out of business a year ago and stopped all production).

    To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches). If you are not getting an answer by email, try Chat.

    Same problem here. The watch was out of battery during my last bike session. I tried to recharge it and this pb occured. I'll buy a garmin for my next watch it should be more reliable.
