Battery constantly drained even after rollback to version 1.3.255 - Spark 3

After rolling back to 1.3.255, my Spark 3 sports watch still won't hold charge. It says fully charged but, as soon as I unplug it, the battery is basically at 0% percent and then turns off.

I switched your account back to 1.7.64 since there is a second watch linked to it. The original watch was connected to our servers for the first time more than two years ago. So a roll-back didn't make too much sense in the first place. If there was an issue related to the 1.6 / 1.7 build you would have experienced this more than a year ago when we made 1.6.26 available. I'm afraid this is simply a depleted battery.
Thank you for your response and assistance. Is there not a spare battery lying around you could possibly ship to South Africa? I will be able to replace the battery myself.
