Display on Runner 3 has become unreadable

The display on my Runner 3 has become unreadable - have reset a couple of times and no joy. I suspect a faulty display. How do I go around getting a warranty claim on this - was purchased via Amazon in Feb 2018.

    To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).
