How long does support take to respond to a ticket?!
I wrote a support ticket on 28/10/2018
I have still not received a response. When will they actually respond?! Is this what customer service is supposed to be?
If they would at least tell me the exact part name, I could probably find the correct heart rate sensor module and replace it myself... But they are keeping to themselves.
