Problem with uploading activities to application(s)

Hello I have TOM TOM GPS Watch, and I am not able to upload activities neither to computer app and android app...I tried everything already, downloading the apps again, resetting manufactory settings, etc..
It seems it is synchronizing and it is connected to boths apps but I just can't see the new activities...
Any idea how to fix this?
Or it is just temporary problem?
