Does resting heart rate work on Runner 3 watch?

My app tells me I can switch on heart rate in settings on my device and wear it for at least 2 hours a day and it will record resting heart rate.

I've been doing this but can't see where to find the readings in my app on the online activity page.

If the feature does not apply to all devices can you update the app to make that clear please (so people don't waste their time).

    Do you have a Cardio model (are there LEDs on the back and when you press down and go to About does it say Cardio at the top)? You will not see it under activities on the website, it is under Progress and you have to select Activity Tracking from the dropdown and then click on resting HR at the bottom. The app will not be updated, TT Sports went out of business a year ago and stopped all development and production so it is what it is.
