Hi. I have a problem with my device. I trying add it to MyDrive Connect. App recognize my device as BLUE&ME TOMTOM 2 LIVE. I click ADD, but operation takes a lot of time and at the end the application gives information that device dont respond. What can I do with that? Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Please disconnect your device, quit MyDrive Connect and make a soft reset on the device. Once you reconnect the device, leave it connected until the updates complete.
