Have paid and ordered map but have not received it?

Hi,

I have ordered and paid for a current Australian map with the following details.
Order number: 40xxxxxx
1 Australia - Single Map Download $ 84.95.

However, the map has not been received after connecting my deive through MyDevice Connect. Could someone please help?

    Hi Ronald,

    Your map is already assigned to the account. Perhaps try to empty the Downloads folder & try again to see if the update is offered under My Content> My Maps.
