Lifetime maps included in upgrade offer

Received an email from TomTom advising my XXL is now too old to support and offering me a discounted upgrade to a VIA 53. Offer includes Lifetime maps. I have maps for Australia, Europe, USA and Southern Africa. Are updates for all those maps included in the offer? Terms are not clear.
