TomTom does not offer a repair service and broken glass is not covered under warranty. They may replace the device for a fee if you contact them. Be aware however that TT Sports went out of business a year ago and ceased all development and production, so you are essentially buying a legacy device. That money may be better suited buying a new device from a brand still active in the market. You need to contact Support to get the process started and find out what your options are. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).
