Controller on Runner watch

The controller on my watch won't allow me to select to the left or right anymore making the watch useless. Any idea of how to get it working again?
The photo is too blurry to make anything out. You can try gently prying the button loose if it is stuck on one side, and also look at the post linked below where a user diagnosed and fixed the problem for himself. If it is still under warranty, contact Support, otherwise time for a new watch (not a TT as they went out of business and are just selling off old inventory).
