TRUCKER 6000 traffic subscription is showing "Expires Soon" after renewal.

i Guy's, I'm new to the world of TomTom and i'm a trucker, i need the traffic function on my tomtom trucker 6000 to work.
I bought it from my friend second hand so he could upgrade and i've reset it and updated it with all the latest updates.
I renewed the traffic licence and paid for it, I got the receipt through to my email address.
When I check the progress of my order it says "In Progress"
I'm back driving tomorrow and want to try and fix it before I leave.
