My TomTom Runner 3 watch is not connecting to my Sports App on my Huawei phone. It has not given me trouble before. I updated watch on computer yesterday. Please help. Many thanks.
We only have issues with the Huawei P8 or P8 Lite phone models which are not pairing with the Spark watches. You can follow the steps in the public FAQ by starting from scratch and reset the connections by removing the existing Bluetooth connections from your smartphone, see here: Android/iOS
