Hi. I requested a new strap last week. Did not receive any feedback.
Does any one know what I can do to get a new strap or to get feedback from Tom Tom?
The straps are in short supply since they ceased all production and development almost a year ago so it may take awhile for the new one to arrive (assuming it does at all). Since TT no longer has phone support for the watches you need to chat or email with them for a status update (although are unlikely to be able to tell you when it will actually arrive).
To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).
