Spark 3 don't clean memory

occasionally it happens that my park 3 does not clean the memory. to delete it, I have to reset the watch. I have written several times to customer service but I have never received an answer. It is unacceptable!

    You are not alone :(

    today i made watch reset (TT Adventurer) becuse it will happend FIRST TIME to me :(
    6 trainings after upload to TTMySports where still in memory (progress bar was on about 50%).

    I think it was first and LAST time.

    Hi Maciek,

    The factory reset should have fixed this. That's how I fixed it when this happened to me earlier this year.

    I made factory reset, it helped me. But I think it is not good solution ;)

    P.S.
    syncronisation still slow :(

    Oh yes, i'm sure. Reset don't solve the problem. Today I make it.
    Yet again. I hope it is the last time.
