Watch and app, syncing but not updating

My phone and Windows are synchronized but will not update activities. Last updated on the 5th October 2018
Having the same problem. My bike ride has recorded on the watch but wont show on my mobile or on a pc. I have tried to copy the file and drag it into the My sports connect settings options, but nothing happens. Hope someone can advise before it is launched through the window......

You can re-export the missing activities in case by following the public FAQ
. If there are pending uploads you are shown a Try again button to manually upload pending activities.
Also, there might be a corrupt activity on the watch blocking the sync of new ones to Sports website and a
will help in this case. (Factory reset will remove all of your activities on the watch)
