You do not actually need MyDriveConnect as ALL the updates are done on the devices itself after link it to a WiFi source/router
I didn't ask "do I need MyDrive"
I asked how to install MyDrive on Huawei p20 now.
I wait for the answer of developers,
please refrain from unnecessary comments
I need MyDrive to send my coordinates from my smartphone to TomTom and plan my trip0 -

So that is what I answered
As regards to MyDrive, have you added any new apps to your Huawei P20 in the last couple of days?
Otherwise it is a call to Customer Services on Monday, but as your profile is silent about which country you are in I can not help you with a number0 -
Are your getting this message from google play store, that your device ( Huawei R20 PRO) is not compatible with MyDrive0

Hi
@Yurko
In the meantime while you wait for your answer from the developers....
If you have a PC... You could use the MyDrive Web Route Planner to plan your Trip

Hi @Yurko
I have asked the team to look into this but what I would like to know is the Android version installed on both your phone models you mentioned above.
As an alternative you can use MyDrive web for route planning purpose as 'YamFazMan' suggested above.

why does such a clearly described problem require so much discussion?
Android 7 and Android 8
https://www.google.pl/search?q=android+version+on+HUAWEI+HUAWEI+VNS-L21&oq=android+version+on+HUAWEI+HUAWEI+VNS-L21&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l3.12907j0j7&client=ms-android-huawei-rev1&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-80 -
after a week of discussions and apologies for the late reply...
the developers said that it is necessary to change smartphones
however
the answer is incorrect and the phone brand has nothing to do with it
the correct answer is:
according to this, the only way to install MyDrive is to change the region of Google Play to USA

Hi Yurko,
Your android device has nothing wrong,
You get this message because this application is not ”supported” in your region.
