TOMTOM Pro 5150 Live updating through mydrive connect

Hi,

Device: TOMTOM Pro 5150 Live.
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Professional, Version: 1803.

MyDrive Connect displays three dots after selecting "View Updates/Update Selected" or "Update All". All I get is the three dots and nothing else happens, I left it all night to see if that would help.

When I load the application on my computer, it detects my device correctly and displays the update needed, but does not ask me for my account username and password, consequently there is no account link in the top left when my device is displayed.

Any help is most gratefully received.

    Download & install the free version of Revo Uninstaller
    Here...https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
    Using Revo scans and removes all of the left over files a normal uninstall leaves behind

    (1)... Uninstall MyDrive Connect Using the Revo Uninstaller
    (2)... Clear your browsers cache
    (3)... Restart your PC (Not a Shutdown/Start-up)
    Reinstall MyDrive Connnect (Without your device connected)
    Connect & Turn on your device... Login to MyDrive Connect
