Terrible customer service

Are you experiencing a terrible customer service response?
Nobody answers the phone and there are no responses to your requirements until one month later and with no solution at the end.

I am extremly dessapointed of TomTom, it has been the worst product I have ever purchased for my sports needs

    Mexico no longer has phone support it seems. I'll let a contact I have at Tomtom know about your concerns.
