Go mobile stopped working, uninstalled & installed after reboot phone, app started as new account.

In the Main Menu, tap Settings > TomTom Account and log in with your account details. That will retrieve your purchases.0

I checked the account details and found that your 1-month subscription has been expired. You can extend your subscription by going to the 'Upgrade' option under Menu.
