Screen not working

Ever since I changed the battery the screen hasn't worked. I have done a drum reset but that hasn't fixed it. Any ideas?

    Perhaps you loosened the cable connection to the screen when you changed the battery.

    Thank you for the suggestion but I have checked that and that isn't the problem. Any other ideas?
