Smears and lines on my Golfer screen

My Golfer watch screen shows horizontal lies and smears, so I cannot read anything. I have done several factory resets, even with turning the watch off (using Cmd on my Mac) and on again. Nothing seems to work.
I also got a useless reply from TomTom support, so now I am stuck.73f70ebd-2674-48fa-9706-0a35d15d1293.jpg
