Trying to get answers from TomTom Customer service

hi, in absolute desperation, I'm trying to find out where my watch is. i sent it in for repair (only 3 months old!) and Tom Tom sent it back to an incomplete address. Aus Post then returned to Tom Tom and I've now been waiting A WEEK to find out when it will be shipped. To date NOTHING. I've been trying to phone the customer service no and it's just an engaged tone all day. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.
Is there anyone that can point me in the direction to help me???????

    Where you trying this number? If so remember to be quite about which device you have till you are actually speaking to a real agent ;)

    TomTom has stopped phone support for the watch lineup, the only way to contact them now is by chat or email. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat.
