Register my watch

I have a TomTom Runner which I registered once upon purchase but after the memory filled up I had to reset my watch to delete the memory (nothing else worked). After I reset the watch my memory was deleted which was good but not my watch isn't registered with TomTom. This is frustrating. Can anyone help? Why wouldn't TomTom read my watch as the same one that was previously registered?

    When you do a reset it ask if you want to register the watch, select yes and use the same email and it will relink it to the same account. If you say no it will be an unregistered watch.
