My wife has a Renault Captur with Tom Tom navigation on an sd card. When going through the variable speed limit on the M3 it displays the speed as 50mph and the warning bleep is continuous even though the speed limit is 70mph. Is there any wag to stop this.

Take it to your computer and update it. The cameras have changed and Tom Tom need to update the cameras.0

Hi Carminat,
what Mivec mean, is not the Speed-Camera Sound or average speed zone-Sound. He means the Sound, which is given out, when you drive much faster than the Speed, presented in the left corner Speed Sign. First the Color off the ring changes from black to red and then the digit change also. Then it bleeps. As I know, you can change this behaviour at the preferences for security warning. Choose the Sound "Silence" for Speed-Limit-Warning.

Excellent. Turn off the warnings, then there will be no warnings given when you exceed the speed limit.
You don’t think it might be better if TomTom corrected their database or map to show the CORRECT speed limit?0 -
