TomTom records me as living in a different country?

After several years being a TomTom customer, I've tried many times to get my address corrected, but to no avail. TomTom has issues with my Postcode of 4818, which is my suburb in Australia. TomTom records me as living in The U.K., a country I have never travelled to yet.
It's impossible to find TomTom's email address, so that I may get this corrected quickly. Why?
I have tried when Logged on to TomTom to make address changes, but nothing can be changed, highlighting my Postcode in a red square because it's not a U.K. code.; simply because it's my Australian postcode.
Please can someone fix this?
