Warranty Delivery Delay

Hello, I had a problem with my watch and asked for waranty that was accepted by Tomtom (reference number 1808xx-xxxxxx). The company informed that would send the bracelet to repleace in 12 days. Unfortunatly, it was almost 60 dias ago and right now, there is an information on the brazilian/portuguese tomtom website informing you have problem to send it and are making excuses. And there is no other phone number or chat available to contact you here.
Please, I can't use my watch that I bought to exercise myself,
What's going on?

    I’m still waiting for someone from TomTom to solve my problem, but nobody sent me an answer or clarify what is going on.
    Unfortunatly, I regret to have not chosen a Garmin, because TomTom doesn’t care about clients, at list in Brazil!
