Sports App not syncing

Hey there. I have a TT runner 3 paired to an iPhone 7. I get the text-calls notifications, which tells me the phone is properly linked to the watch. Tho after I finish doing an activity the app just won't sync with the watch until this one has been plugged to my computer and Sports Connects starts.

I've reinstalled the app but still no luck. Any fixes?
Also wondering, has any TT Staff said if they're planning on improving the notifications service and/or adding HR readings while swim mode?

    This is a user forum, not customer support so the only people who you are accusing of sucking are your fellow users. If you want a direct answer from TT you should contact support.

    I have no idea why it won't work. I would try resetting it. You first need to remove the watch from the phone's BT menu (in iOS you have it forget the device) after you reset or try pairing again. The steps are: uninstall the app, remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, factory reset the watch, reinstall the app, select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing.

    They are not planning on improving or changing anything. TT left the wearables market almost a year ago and ceased all production and development. The watches are what they are, there will be no future changes.
