My Start 50/5 device does not connect

I have a Start 50/5 device and when I try to connect it to the computer to update it, it does not detect it, I have tried several times, from different types of computers, updating the drivers, watching videos, but nothing, when connecting it to the computer the PC does not it detects it for nothing.
If someone could help me, I would be grateful. Have a good day
