I ordered a replacement TOMTOM watch strap. The payment went through but it was never delivered. I have received no information from TOMTOM and I find it virtually impossible to get through to TOMTOM either by email, web app or phone. This is my last resort. I cannot recommend ordering a product from TOMTOM online.
