Can't sync watch to Android app

Hello, i have a tomtom spark music with version 1.7.64, i´m can not connect the watch to my android 7.0 phone, it does not appear where to put the pin.
Is any way to resolve?
Rollback version?

    You may want to start over from scratch. The steps are: uninstall the app, remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, reinstall the app, select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing.

    If that does not work, factory reset the watch as well. The steps are: uninstall the app, remove or forget the watch from the phone's BT menu, factory reset the watch, reinstall the app, select Pair New on the app, select Pair New on watch (press down from the clock and select Phone>Pair New, not Sync) and follow the prompts on the phone. You should not be pairing the watch first through the phone's BT menu; it is all done through the app and you must have the phone forget the watch in the BT menu before re-pairing.

    Thanks for the reply, but is first time that I connect the watch to the phone, I reset the phone and the watch, and nothing.
    Is dear a downgrade that I can sync the phone with the watch?

    I am not sure it will help but if you go to this post and ask the moderator to roll back your firmware version to 1.3.255.
