TomTom GO Mobile uses GPS signals with locally stored maps and does not require anything online to route and navigate. Your "no route possible" indication has nothing to do with any systems being down.

    Hi Jack

As 'tgold' rightly said the-'no route possible' message is not related to TomTom servers or systems being down.

Are you sure that you have GPS location services turned ON on your smartphone?

    Regards/ Vikram :)

No-one is contradicting your claim that you are experiencing this problem, only pointing out that it is unrelated to the performance of servers or your access to them.

You can get that error if the app does not understand that you and your destination are both on roads and that they are connected. Examples are when your start or destination is in an area surrounded by closed roads or on an island with no road connection, but there may be other situations such as map errors.

If you don't get useful suggestions here you could call TomTom's Customer Service to see if they can help.
